Corte Madera chiropractor Dr Harte comments on Red Wine Fiasco

Today news came out that all of the studies saying that the consumption of red wine had a positive effect on cardiovascular health were falsified.

Time to think. Red wine isn't some blockbuster drug making billions for Big Pharma. It's been around since the ancient Greeks if not before. But this guy put out allegedly scholarly, allegedly scientific, allegedly peer-reviewed studies that made it "common knowledge" that red wine helps the heart. This even had a popular name, "The French Paradox."

Time to think. If research in favor of something as common and innocuous as red wine can be faked, successfully, for many years, what about all of the pharmaceutical research, with all the money riding on that?

Hey, you want good cardiovascular health? Make sure that the nerve supply to the heart, the blood vessels, and contributing organs (lungs, adrenals, thyroid, kidneys, etc.) is free of interference. For that, you get adjusted.

Go home, enjoy some red wine (or white, since it doesn't matter anymore), and think about this. Whom do you trust? In here, in my office, I encourage people to trust their own Innate Intelligence.
